NFPA guidelines stipulate that an "outside, certified provider shall clean the system".
According to NFPA-96 Standard the following schedule shall be followed:
•Non-regular use systems -seasonal operations
•Low-volume systems-pasta cooker
•Mid/High-volume systems -fryer, wok, grill
•Systems utilizing solid fuel -wood, charcoal
•Systems using a Char Broiler, fast food
